There is a great new show on the Syfy Channel at the moment called Hollywood Treasure. It is a reality show about current and future auctions at Profiles in History. Profiles in History is a highly regarded Hollywood auction company that has sold many famous Irwin Allen props and costumes. Profiles in History has very kindly permitted us to showcase their Irwin Allen auctions in our galleries. The upcoming Hollywood Auction #43 (17-18 December 2010) features a number of Irwin Allen items. More to follow on this shortly. Hollywood Treasure airs on SyFy Channel, Wednesday night 10pm.

Land of the Giants Cast Reunion
This coming weekend (9-10 October 2010) all of the Land of the Giants cast are gathering at the Hollywood Show for the first ever West Coast Land of the Giants reunion with all of the surviving cast members. This is a rare and amazing opportunity to greet and meet Deanna Lund, Heather Young, Gary Conway, Don Matheson, Don Marshall and Stefan Arngrim together.

All of the surviving cast members of Land of the Giants, namely Deanna Lund, Gary Conway, Heather Young, Don Marshall, Don Matheson and Stefan Arngrim are planning to attend the Hollywood Show at the Burbank Airport Marriott Hotel and Convention Center on 9-10 October 2010. As with all guest appearances, schedules can change, so please keep an eye on the Hollywood Show web site for any changes and updates to guest lists.

The 10-12 June 2010 Profiles in History Hollywood Auction 40 features several very special original Lost in Space props including the original filming Space Pod miniature. The Lost in Space item lots are featured on Day 2 of the auction and on Day 3 there are many rare Star Trek lots up for auction.
